The whole experience from the time of getting in touch with Vintage enquiring about their service till the time the sofa was delivered has been a truly wonderful experience. They were swift to respond to the query, the follow through for the home visit and the comprehensive explanation of what and how they would do it was educative and the pricing was extremely competitive. They were professional and prompt on setting up appointment, the delivery timelines were promptly met (in fact it was delivered even a day before than promised) the delivery to the third floor of the house was seamless and the personnel were extremely courteous and professional. The quality of work is above expectations and all in all, I would truly recommend Vintage Lounger for all your sofa repair and restoration work. One of the nice experience. There is no negative points I can talk about Vintage lounger. I need to refurbish my sofa so contacted via WhatsApp and VL TEAM have given quote. The quote checked with other vendors and found one of the cheapest but worried about leather and other work quality but still went ahead with positive note.VL team showed me the leather which they are going to use and given various options for me to choose from their catalogue. The pickup is easy and messaged me when they r coming and there is no deviation from that time slot. Team told me about one week for the work and delivered before promised one week (delivered in four days). I found Vintage lounger through Google. The lady was very prompt to arrange for a home visit on the same day. I got 2 sofa sets , 1 recliner and 2 office chairs repaired by them . There are many players in the market where you can repair furniture online. For most of them there are number of challenges like the delivery is not reliable or it takes ages to get your stuff delivered.
